Practical Information
About Reservation & Deposit
Reservations open five months in advance depending on the plan. A deposit of 30,000 JPY per stay is required and will be applied to the accommodation fee or cancellation fee. If you select “Pay on site,” a payment link will be sent by email and must be completed within one week. Credit card payments already include the deposit.

Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Please visit the Check-in Center to receive your key.
Passport presentation is required.

Meals & Catering
Self-cooking is available with fully equipped kitchens. Catering menus and private chefs can be arranged in advance. Vegetarian options are available. Restaurants in town require prior reservation.
Wi-Fi & Television
Wi-Fi is available in all houses. Televisions are not provided so you may fully enjoy the quiet nature of Miyama.
Smoking Policy
All buildings are non-smoking, including registered cultural properties. Smoking is permitted only outside.
Access & Transportation
Free pickup is available from JR Sonobe Station (reservation required). Grocery shopping is possible on the way. For detailed directions, please refer to the Access page.
About Insects & Nature
We coexist with insects and microorganisms. We do not use strong chemicals to eliminate them.
Bringing Food & Drinks
Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages. No corkage or carry-in fees apply.
Dark Nights & Rural Setting
The countryside becomes completely dark at night. Please enjoy the silence, stars, and sounds of nature.

Cancellation fees apply from 20 days prior to arrival.

Q & A
Can I change the number of guests?
Changes can be made up to one day before arrival without cancellation fees. Same-day changes incur a 100% cancellation charge.
How do I pay additional charges?
Additional charges must be paid on-site by cash or credit card (VISA, Master, AMEX, Diners, JCB, UnionPay).
Are children charged?
Children of elementary school age and above are charged the adult rate. Infants without bedding and meals stay free.
Is early check-in possible?
Early check-in may be available with additional hourly fees depending on the cottage and availability.
Is late check-out possible?
Late check-out is available until 12:00 noon with an additional hourly fee, subject to availability.
Can we stay with a dog?
Dogs are welcome at selected cottages. They are not allowed in tatami rooms.
Is there internet access?
Yes, wireless LAN is available in all cottages.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please use designated outdoor areas.
Is parking available?
Free parking is available at each cottage. Capacity varies by property.
