This Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations at MIYAMA FUTON & BREAKFAST (entire private house rentals).
Cancellation fees may vary depending on specific accommodation plans. If a plan includes different conditions, the plan’s conditions shall take precedence.
Your reservation will be confirmed and the accommodation contract will be concluded once we confirm receipt of the reservation deposit.

If the reservation is canceled in whole or in part (including pre-arranged meals, ingredients, services, or purchases), cancellation fees will be charged according to the table above.
If a guest does not arrive by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival without contacting us, or if the guest arrives more than two (2) hours later than the expected arrival time (up to 8:00 PM) without notice, the reservation may be treated as canceled by the guest.
If a guest is unable to arrive due to unavoidable circumstances not attributable to the guest, such as cancellation or delay of public transportation (train, airplane, etc.), the cancellation fee will not be charged.
This applies only when the guest has contacted us.
If the number of reserved nights is shortened, cancellation fees will be charged based on one (1) day (the first day), regardless of the number of shortened days.
The reservation deposit will be applied to the accommodation fee.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be applied first to the cancellation fee.
If the cancellation fee exceeds the deposit amount, the guest will be required to pay the remaining balance.
If any balance remains after applying the deposit, it will be refunded.
